The Flexibility Fitness Teachers

Hayley Cabral
Founder & CEO
Hayley Cabral founded Flexibility Fitness in 2018 to create a standardized contortion curriculum for competition dancers. Her mission is to provide the safest and most effective methods of training, passing on her professional experience to the new generation and providing students and instructors with the best flexibility training experience.

Hayley started her career as a contortionist at age 14, performing in Cirque-style productions across the USA and Canada. She received professional training from "Flexible Body Art" contortion school in Las Vegas under the direction of Otgo Waller, a master Mongolian contortionist and Cirque Du Soleil alumni. Hayley later performed in over 30 countries as a featured act on various luxury cruise ships.
Trudy Niess
Certified Flexibility Fitness Instructor

Trudy is a certified Flexibility Fitness instructor specializing in contortion and holistic movement. Her passion for movement began at just seven years old, when she discovered the power of dance as a tool for self-expression and transformation. What started in a second-grade dance class has evolved into a lifelong pursuit of physical awareness, balance, and personal growth. With a deep commitment to understanding the human body, Trudy brings a thoughtful and intuitive approach to every session. Her mission is to help others reconnect with their bodies, break through limitations, and discover their own potential—both physically and emotionally.
In addition to her deep technical knowledge, Trudy has a unique ability to meet students exactly where they are—whether they’re aspiring young dancers striving for perfect technique or individuals recovering from injury and learning to move again with confidence. Her sessions are thoughtfully designed to build strength, mobility, and body awareness in a safe and encouraging environment.
Trudy believes that movement is more than just exercise—it’s a pathway to healing, empowerment, and self-discovery. She creates a safe, supportive space for clients of all levels to explore what’s possible. Her work is rooted in compassion, connection, and the belief that consistent practice can transform not just the body, but the spirit.
Her philosophy is simple: Show up. Just like that first dance class sparked her journey, she hopes your first session will be the beginning of something powerful for you too.
